BRISBANE AIRPORT
Transfers from Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise take approximately 75 minutes, and to Brisbane city approximately 25 minutes.
Weekday mornings are very busy on the motorway and can take longer (up to 2 hours).
Transfers from Brisbane city take approximately 25 minutes.

Domestic Terminal :
Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the baggage carousel, holding a sign with your name on it, or with the "IZZYTOGO" logo
Please note that due to parking regulations, we are not allowed to park for more than 30 minutes, so we plan to wait 10 minutes after the plane lands before picking you up!
We encourage all passengers to contact the driver as soon as possible, by phone, WhatsApp or messenger.
If you are arriving in business class, please let us know in advance!

International Terminal :
Upon arrival, please collect all your luggage and proceed through customs.
- Your driver will be waiting for you on the right at the exit of the automatic doors, holding your name on a sign or with the "IZZYTOGO" logo
- Please note that due to parking regulations, we are not allowed to park for more than one hour.
We wait 40 minutes after your plane lands before picking you up.
We anticipate delays at customs and/or immigration.
We encourage all passengers to contact the driver as soon as possible! by phone, WhatsApp or messenger.
If you are arriving in business class, please let us know when you make your reservation!

Baggage Policy

- Standard car (MIFA 1-3 people), the number of bags is limited to 2 checked bags + 2 cabin bags.

- Van car (MIFA 4-6 people), the maximum capacity is 6 checked bags + 6 cabin bags.

- Additional luggage: $30/piece – please mention when booking.

- Oversized luggage (surfboard, bicycle, golf clubs, etc.): must be declared at the time of booking to arrange a suitable vehicle – supplement of $30/piece.

👶 Strollers available free of charge upon request (deposit of $50, refunded after return in good condition).
