booking and cancellation conditions

Reservation and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, including cash payments.

• The balance is due upon arrival or before the start of service.

• All reservations must be made through our website.

• The full contact details of the person making the reservation are mandatory, as a guarantee in the event of:

  • prolonged wait,

  • late cancellation,

  • no-show,

  • vehicle damage.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (date, time, address, number of passengers, amount of baggage, etc.).

Any error could compromise the quality or feasibility of the service.

Modifications and Cancellation

• Any request for modification (time, address or date) must be confirmed in writing (email or text message).

• We will do our best to respond favorably to your request, without guarantee of availability.

• Drivers are not allowed to change the route or booking conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 48 hours in advance: full refund.

• Less than 48 hours before the service: no refund.

• All cancellations must be made in writing, including the reservation number.
