Terms & Conditions

By booking a transfer with Izzy To Go, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms set out the agreement between you, the client, and us, Izzy To Go, for all transportation services offered.

1. Definitions

We / Us / Our: Izzy To Go – including its owners, operators, drivers, or representatives.
You / Your: The client, individual or company, making a booking, including your guests or representatives.
Confirmed Booking: A trip is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (including cash payments), with the balance due upon arrival or prior to service.
All bookings require the contact details of the person making the reservation, kept as security against:

  • Extended waiting times,

  • Late cancellations,

  • No-shows,

  • Vehicle damage.

Bookings must be made via our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (date, time, address, number of passengers, luggage, etc.). Any errors may affect the quality or feasibility of the service.

3. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to schedules, addresses, or dates must be confirmed in writing (email or text message).
We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability.
Drivers are not authorized to alter the itinerary or booking conditions.

 

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the service: non-refundable.

  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service: a $50 fee will apply.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund.

  •  

    Within 48 hours: no refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing and include the booking reference number.

4. No-Show

The full transfer amount will be charged if you fail to show up at the agreed time and place without contacting us.

5. Punctuality & Waiting Times

Domestic flights: The driver will wait 10 minutes after landing at the baggage claim.
International flights: We wait 40 minutes after landing and will meet you at customs exit.

In case of flight delays, customs delays, or other unforeseen events, please contact the driver immediately (phone, WhatsApp, or Messenger).

Unreported extended waiting times may incur additional charges.

Additional waiting fees:
Premium sedan: $3/min

6. Extras

Night transfer (9pm to 6am): +$30
Australian public holidays: +$40
Oversized luggage (boards, bikes, golf clubs, etc.): +$30 per item
Excess luggage: +$30
Extended assistance (Airbnb/hotel >30 min): +$20
Airport check-in assistance: +$20

7. Behavior Onboard

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Any dangerous, disrespectful behavior, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
No food consumption is allowed inside the vehicle.
Significant damage, mess, or vomiting will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.
Repair costs for any interior or exterior damage are the client's responsibility.

In case of vehicle immobilization:

  • $300/day for the driver

  • $500/day for the vehicle

8. Liability and Limits

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control: traffic, weather, illness, mechanical failure, etc.
If the booked vehicle is unavailable, a replacement vehicle will be offered when possible.
Our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the affected trip.
No claims for indirect damages will be accepted.

9. Safety

All passengers must wear seat belts.
If traveling with children, appropriate child seats will be provided (maximum surcharge $10 per seat).
You are responsible for complying with onboard safety rules.

10. Access and Routes

Certain locations may be inaccessible by vehicle (steep slopes, narrow turns, height restrictions, etc.).
The driver will determine the safest and most suitable access or may interrupt the trip if conditions do not allow safe passage.

11. Partner Providers

During peak periods, qualified subcontractors may perform transfers under our supervision.
These partners are insured and professional.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Any booking implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
