Cancellation Policy

Reservations and Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, including for cash payments. The balance is due upon arrival or before the start of the service. All reservations must be made through our website. The full contact information of the person making the reservation is required as a guarantee in the event of: extended waits, late cancellations, no-shows, vehicle damage. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (date, time, address, number of passengers, amount of luggage, etc.). Any errors could compromise the quality or feasibility of the service. Changes and Cancellation Any change request (time, address, or date) must be confirmed in writing (email or text message). We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Drivers are not authorized to change the itinerary or reservation conditions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 24 hours of the service: non-refundable. Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service: a $50 fee will be applied. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund. All cancellations must be made in writing, including the reservation number.
