After landing, let Izzy to Go take care of your transfers from Brisbane Airport to your destination. Don't be stressed when you arrive. It's the last thing you need after your tiring journey. Your driver will be holding a sign with his name on it so that he is easy to recognize. You can relax, your driver will help you with your luggage and help you settle into our luxury vehicle and will transport you to your desired destination, safely and worry-free. Bottled water, USB charging cables are available and a welcome gift. This service is for your exclusive use, so you will not be sharing your vehicle with other passengers.
BRISBANE AIRPORT
Transfers from Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise take approximately 75 minutes, and to Brisbane city approximately 25 minutes.
Weekday mornings are very busy on the highway and can take longer (up to 2 hours).
Transfers from Brisbane city take approximately 25 minutes.
Domestic Terminal :
Your driver will be waiting for you in front of the baggage carousel, holding a sign with your name on it, or with the "IZZYTOGO" logo.
Please note that due to parking regulations, we are not allowed to park for more than 30 minutes, so we allow 10 minutes after the plane lands before picking you up!

If you are arriving in business class, please let us know in advance!
International Terminal :
Upon arrival, please collect all your luggage and exit customs.
- Your driver will be waiting for you on the right as you exit the automatic doors, holding your name on a sign or with the "IZZYTOGO" logo.
- Please note that due to parking regulations, we are not allowed to park for more than one hour.
We wait 40 minutes after your plane lands before picking you up.
We anticipate delays at customs and/or immigration.
